Phone box magic.

Great idea! Iconic phone box, used as a mini cafe, supports homeless people.

This one is in Eastbourne by the pier.

Busy times

Some days you believe you have taken on to many things and nothing is getting done.

Some days you see that you are chipping away at lots of different projects and the reward will come later down the line.

Some days you need to take stock and shut down those things that realistically will not bring you what you need them to.

Today I am making a list of what I have “on my plate”.

What needs to be dealt with today? What can wait? What do I want to do?

I do love to be beside the seaside!

Finders keepers

I love collections

I am fascinated by found things

I love finding others that are the same.

Here is a magic garden of found objects from the beach at Bexhill on Sea.

New painting

Today I started on a new painting!

It is an abstract landscape, it shows the movement in asthetics from the work I was producing in London (central row right), influenced by the environment I now live in (the landscape photographs).

So far I have done 2 small studies, and started drawing out the large canvas.

What do you think?
